About Me
One & One Theatre was born in a coffee shop in New York City, just off-Broadway. It’s conception was years and years of legitmate stealing from other theatre creators. Theatre I’d seen, been involved in, created and occasionally just heard about and thought “now that is worth stealing…”
First piece of theatre that really affected me – Alan Ayckbourn’s 1988 production of Tis Pity She’s A Whore at the National Theatre (Olivier)
First acting role – White Rabbit in Alice (A musical version of the Lewis Carroll story)
First directing role – William Who? (Short scenes and sketches – for a charity night)
First Shakespearean acting role – Bassanio (Merchant of Venice)
First Shakespearean directing role – Merchant of Venice (not the one I was Bassanio in)
